After a long wait of two years, the physical examination and verification of papers of the candidates of Sepoy Recruitment 2018 started on Monday. Special arrangements have been made for this. During the first day of trial in Prayaraj, out of 48 candidates, 17 candidates were declared unfit at the Medical Ground. Some had a disease like Bhagandar. He will now get one last chance to challenge in the Medical Board. Where the panel of doctors will then examine them. If declared healthy there will be a chance to return to recruitment. Female soldiers will be tested in the last.

The candidates of Sepoy Recruitment 2018 were upset for two years to get their medical examination done. 49,568 constable recruitment candidates were not called for medical testing and training during the Corona period. Only 14,000 soldiers were selected in the first phase. In the second phase, 17,360 soldiers are undergoing medical examination. There are 301 candidates to be tested in Prayagraj. The testing of these candidates started on Monday in the police line. ASP Somendra Meena said that 50-50 candidates have been called every day. 48 candidates came on Monday. All documents and photos were verified. After this, a panel of doctors examined diseases including length, chest, eyes, legs. The ASP reported that 17 candidates were declared unfit by doctors for various reasons. It is being told that due to some illness, the candidates have been excluded.

PAC jawan was arrested in constable recruitment
Prayagraj During the medical examination of soldier recruitment 2018, PAC jawan PTI Brijesh Singh was arrested and sent to jail by the police on charges of forgery in 2020. It happened that after making Rajapur’s candidate Raghavendra unfit, the soldier took 40 thousand rupees from him in the name of passing. When this was disclosed, a case was registered against Brijesh Singh and others at the Colonelganj police station. The doctors were also accused of complicity but no doctor was found involved in the police investigation.
