After the SBI PO 2020-2021 Pre Exam Result is released, the candidates have to appear in the main examination. Only those candidates who qualify the pre exam will be able to appear in the main examination. The main examination will be held on 29 January 2021. You can see the table below to check the important dates related to SBI PO 2020-2021.

SBI PO Qualification:-

  • Must have graduated from any recognized university or its equivalent degree.
  • Graduation should be final year or final semest.
Age Range:-

As of 1 April 2020 

  • The minimum age of general category candidates should be 21 years.
  • General category candidates should have a maximum of 30 years.
Age relaxation:-
  • SC and ST candidates are given relaxation up to 5 years.
  • OBC and non-creamier category candidates are given a relaxation of up to 3 years.
  • Among the handicapped candidates who are candidates of SC and ST category, they are given a relaxation of up to 15 years.
  • Among the handicapped candidates who are candidates of OBC category, they are given a relaxation of up to 13 years.
  • Among the handicapped candidates who are candidates of General and EWS category are given a relaxation of up to 5 years.

SBI PO Application Form 2020:-

SBI PO Selection Process 2020-2021

SBI PO candidates will have to give pre exam and main exam. First pre exam will be conducted for the candidates who will pass the pre exam, they will have to give the main exam. So the candidates who will pass the main and pre exam will be called for interview, after which the candidates will be selected.

SBI PO Exam Pattern 2020-2021:-

In the pre exam, the candidates have to take a written test in which objective questions of 100 marks will be asked. The exam is scheduled for 1 hour. The exam has been conducted in 3 sections (with different timings for each section) which is as follows-

  • English Language – 30
  • Quantitative Trends – 35
  • Reasoning Ability – 35

Important exam-

The main examination will consist of descriptive test and objective test, in which objective test will be 200, while descriptive test will be of 50 marks. The objective test duration will be three hours, while the duration of the descriptive test will be held for 30 minutes. The objective test will be conducted on the following basis as follows.

  • Reasoning and Computer Aptitude will have 45 marks questions.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation 35 will contain questions of marks.
  • General / Economy / Banking Awareness will contain 40 marks questions.
  • There will be 35 marks questions in English language.

Important information

All the candidates who appear in the written examination will have to bring Aadhar card PAN, photo identity proof in the examination hall. Apart from this, the candidates will have to take the admit card in the examination hall, if the candidate forgets to take the admit card at the time of written examination, then they will not be able to take the examination. Therefore, candidates should download their admit card before written examination and take a print out of it.
